The workshops was convened by the Africa CDC, through its Health Economics Programme. The focus of the 5-day programme was to engage with and understand Member State capacity and evidence needs related to priority setting in their respective health systems, as well as establish a common vision which will inform the ongoing development of a Continental Framework to Support the Institutionalization Evidence-Informed Priority Setting in Africa.
